Return and Exchange Policy
Returns
- Returns are only accepted within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. Any request made outside of this period will be strictly denied.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging intact. If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense, without a refund.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Under Glamour does not cover these expenses and will not issue refunds for them.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are permitted only if requested within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The customer must cover the shipping costs for both returning the item and receiving the new product.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item for exchange is unavailable, Under Glamour will not issue a refund, but instead, provide a store credit for future purchases.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has passed a rigorous inspection. This process may take up to 14 business days. Under Glamour reserves the right to deny refunds if the item does not meet our strict return conditions.
- Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method. Cash refunds or refunds to bank accounts other than the original purchase account will not be offered.
